Batata Enterrada (Burried potatoes)

Onion	1.5 pieces	peeled
Garlic	2 pieces	peeled
Lemon	1 tablespoon
Sweet potatoes	2 pieces	peeled
Oregano	1 tablespoon
Salt	0.5 tablespoon
Black ground pepper	0.5 tablespoon

Peel off the Sweet potatoes and put them into a bowl of water, drop some lemon juice so it doesn't get darker Chop the Onion and Garlic in rough/large pieces Put the pressure cooker on the stove, pour some oil of your choice and let it get hot on the medium temperature Add the Onion and Garlic to the pressure cooker and stir fry Add the Sweet potatoes , Oregano , Salt and Black ground pepper Give a little fry, and close the pressure cooker. As soon as it gets to pressure, let it cook for 5 minutes on low temperature

Tips

You can combine with other seasonings. I usually add rosemary or thyme
A good ratio is to always use more onions than potatoes
