and combine into a dough
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it almost stop being a sticky mess
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes
Split the dough into {6} pieces and form them into balls, put on a baking sheet
Proof the balls of dough for 30 minutes

Preheat the oven for
220°C
Mix the
Eggs
with some water and coat the dough balls with this mixture
Sprinkle on some
Sesame seeds
Bake the buns for 15 minutes until dark brown
